Calculator and saved scenarios
Calculations run in your browser. We do not send the property assumptions you enter to our servers. If you save a scenario, it is stored in this browser’s local storage on this device. You can delete saved scenarios using the comparison board or clear your browser’s site data.
Purchases
When checkout is available, Stripe processes payments and the contact and billing information you provide there. We do not receive or store your complete card number. Payment records are used to confirm purchases, deliver the download, and handle support or refunds. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to its services.
Necessary cookies and hosting
Checkout creates a necessary, HTTP-only cookie that helps verify download access in the browser used to purchase. It expires after 30 days. Keep a copy of your downloaded files. The site does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, request metadata, and technical logs to serve and secure the website.
Contact
Purchases are currently closed. A customer-support contact will be published before checkout opens.
